Join us for a full day photography experience exploring Star Island, one of the historic Isles of Shoals located seven miles off the New Hampshire coast.

We’ll depart by ferry from Portsmouth and spend the day photographing rugged shorelines, historic cottages, winding paths, and expansive Atlantic views through the lens of travel and landscape photography.

Star Island offers a rare combination of history, maritime character, and dramatic Atlantic scenery. Throughout the day we will explore the island together while focusing on travel and landscape photography techniques.

You will learn how to compose stronger images, work with coastal light, and capture the visual story of a place.

This workshop is designed for photographers who want to strengthen their ability to see compelling scenes and translate them into beautiful photographs.

Founder and Lead Instructor of Seacoast Photography School, David brings years of experience guiding photographers in dynamic outdoor environments. Known for his clear, engaging, and hands on teaching style, he simplifies complex photography concepts into practical techniques photographers can apply immediately in the field.

His instruction focuses on building confidence, strengthening technical fundamentals, and helping photographers develop their own way of seeing while photographing landscapes, coastal scenes, and travel environments.
