Program Details

DEADLINES, FEEDBACK & SESSIONS

- Submissions open the first day of each month; final deadline is 12:00 PM on the second Saturday.

- Reviews are typically returned within five to seven business days.

- Open Office Hours & Private sessions take place during the second half of each month; online-only signup.

- All reviews and sessions must be completed by the last day of the month. Unused benefits do not roll over.

- Membership and invoicing are managed through the Members Portal.

Meet Your Creative Partner

Susan Weigold

Susan enjoys working with photographers of all levels who know there’s more in their images but aren’t quite sure how to get there. Her approach is collaborative and encouraging, helping you understand what’s working, what’s missing, and what to try next.

As Program Director and Instructor at Seacoast Photography School, Susan brings a strong knowledge of cameras, light, composition, editing, and visual storytelling to her teaching and coaching. An exhibiting fine art and commercial photographer, she primarily works with Sony full-frame cameras and understands how technical choices and creative decisions come together to make a stronger image.

Susan is also actively developing her own body of work, Hiding in Plain Sight. Her online portfolio is intentionally a work in progress, evolving as she shoots, edits, rethinks selections, and makes final decisions. Follow along as she shares that process in real time, from finding her visual style and building a cohesive collection to preparing work for competitions, books, and exhibitions.

Terms & Conditions

Subscription Agreement & Terms of Service

Enrollment in the Image Lab and payment of subscription fees constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The program is in collaboration with Lifestyelle LLC (Instructor Susan Weigold).

Core Membership Subscription Benefits: Each monthly subscription includes:

• Written review of up to three (3) submitted images per month

• One (1) Open Office Hour collaboration session per month

• Personalized feedback designed to support your photographic goals, creative growth, and artistic development

Premier Membership Subscription Benefits: Each monthly subscription includes:

• Written review of up to three (3) submitted images per month

• One 20-minute Live Online collaboration session per month

• Personalized feedback designed to support your photographic goals, creative growth, and artistic development

Additional services, including private coaching sessions and private lessons, are available for purchase separately.

Monthly Submission Deadline: Images can be submitted starting on the first day of each. All submissions must be received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the second Saturday of each month.

Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted for that month's review cycle.

Review Delivery: Written reviews are typically delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days following the submission deadline.

Review timelines may vary due to holidays, travel schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.

Open Office Hour Sessions: Open Office Hour sessions are collaborative small group discussions designed to expand learning through shared feedback, discussion, and creative exploration.

Subscribers are responsible for scheduling their Open Office Hour session after receiving their written review.

Sessions are offered during designated dates and times established by Seacoast Photography School.

Premier 1:1 Live Online Sessions: Sessions are collaborative private discussions designed to expand learning through shared feedback, discussion, and creative exploration.

Subscribers are responsible for scheduling their session after receiving their written review.

Image Ownership and Privacy: Subscribers retain all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to their submitted images.

Images and written feedback are submitted through a private review link and are not accessible to other subscribers.

Seacoast Photography School and Lifestyelle do not use, publish, reproduce, distribute, share, or display submitted images without the subscriber's express written permission.

Written reviews and feedback are provided privately to the subscriber and are not shared with other subscribers unless voluntarily discussed by the subscriber during an Open Office Hour session.

While reasonable measures are taken to protect submitted content, subscribers must maintain their own backups of all images and files.

Missed Deadlines and Unused Benefits: Subscribers are responsible for submitting images and scheduling their Open Office Hour session within the designated monthly timeframe.

Any unused reviews, missed submission deadlines, or unattended collaboration sessions are forfeited at the end of the month and are not eligible for refunds, credits, rollovers, or make-up sessions.

Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Billing will be sent from Lifestyelle.

By enrolling, subscribers authorize recurring charges to their selected payment method.

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.

Cancellation Policy: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid future charges, cancellations must be completed before the next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the current billing period.

Subscribers retain access to subscription benefits through the end of their current paid billing period.

Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of image reviews, written feedback, and collaborative sessions, all subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Educational Purpose: Feedback provided through the Image Lab reflects professional opinions, artistic observations, and educational guidance intended to support each subscriber's photographic development.

Creative decisions, editing choices, and implementation remain the responsibility of the subscriber.

Program Modifications: Seacoast Photography School/Lifestyelle reserves the right to modify scheduling procedures, session formats, instructors, or program features as necessary to improve the subscriber experience.

Any significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Image Lab, subscribers agree to comply with all policies, procedures, deadlines, and terms outlined in this agreement.

Memberships, invoicing, and cancellations are managed through the Members Portal.
